NASSAU, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Starting Friday work will begin on two bridges in the town of Nassau in Rensselaer County.
Crews are working simultaneously to replace the bridges that carry Route 20 over Kinderhook Creek.
Traffic will be reduced to one alternating lane controlled by traffic signals at each location. Trucks with oversized loads aren’t allowed to use that stretch of route 20 and local roads.
Work on the bridges is scheduled to be complete on November 30.
