HORICON, NY (NEWS10) – Friday, State Police executed search warrants at two homes on Johnson Road in Horicon.
As a result of this search warrant at 136 Johnson Road, State Police arrested 24-year-old Tyler Monahan and 19-year-old Riley Monahan.
Police seized about 300 marijuana plants in various stages of growth, more than ten pounds of processed marijuana and numerous pieces of Marijuana growing equipment.
Police also seized thousands of dollars in cash, two vehicles and a motorcycle, all believed to be proceeds from the large growing operation.
Both Monahans were charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 1st, Criminal Possession of a controlled Substance 7th and the public health law violation of unlawfully growing cannabis.
They were both arraigned in Horicon Town Court and remanded to the Warren County Jail. Bail was set for $75,000 cash and $150,000 bond for Tyler Monahan. Bail for Riley Monahan was set at $5,000 cash $10,000 bond.
Another search warrant was executed at 112 Johnson Road and resulted in the arrest of 58-year-old David Cantanucci and 58-year old Tracy Cantanucci.
Police found about 40 marijuana plants in different growing stages, more than a pound of processed marijuana, and numerous pieces of growing equipment.
Police also found a loaded handgun, thousands of dollars in cash and a Polaris TV.
Both were charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana and public health law violation of unlawfully growing cannabis.
David Cantanucci was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th.
The Cantanuccis were also arraigned in Horicon Town Court and remanded to the Warren County Jail. David Cantanucci’s bail was set at $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond. Tracy Cantanucci’s bail was set at $1,250 cash, $2,500 bond.
