ROTTERDAM, NY (NEWS10) – It was just about one month ago that Kimberly Bradford told News10ABC it restored her faith in humanity to see the outpouring of support for Safyre Terry. Now Bradford will face a judge accused of stealing more than $1300 from the little girls Xmas cards
Rotterdam Police arrested Kimberly Bradford on February 25 after receiving a complaint from the organization Safyre’s Angels.
The group suspected volunteers may be stealing from them as they helped to open millions of cards sent to Safyre from all over the world.
Police found $800 in cash and $550 worth of gift cards at Braford’s house.
Rotterdam Police called this a despicable crime, the fact that someone would victimize a little girl who has already gone through so much.
Bradford has been charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th degree.
