Adams, Mass. (NEWS10) – Police have arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly shooting at school buses on Friday.
Adams police received calls that two school buses were being shot at around two in the afternoon.
According to reports a window on each bus had been shattered and a “popping noise” was heard on impact.
Officers contained and isolated the area and through an investigation it was determined that a firearm was not used and the damage was caused by a BB gun.
No one was injured.
Through further investigation Bailey Hisert was arrested and charged with Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct.
More charges may be pending and the investigation is continuing.
Hisert is being held on $25,000 bail.
