Jay Street fire memorial planned for one year anniversary

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The brother of a victim of the fatal 2015 Jay Street fire is working on organizing a memorial service.

Michael Roberson said he is planning the event for March 6, which will be the one year anniversary of the fire. It claimed the lives of four people.

The memorial service is planned to take place from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in front of Schenectady City Hall, across the street from the vacant lot where the fire burned.
