PARIS (NEWS10) — French president Francois Hollande is condemning a new ISIS video that claims to show the men behind the Paris attacks training.
This new propaganda video claims to show nine of the men behind the November attacks in Paris.
It is 18 minutes long and shows the attackers so-called “final messages” as well as militants beheading hostages.
One man also gives insight into who ordered the attack that left 130 people dead.
The unidentified man says the group was authorized to act by ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and the goal of the attack was to bring France to its knees.
French president Francois Hollande says because of this video and the ongoing threat he is asking to keep France in a state of emergency.
The footage also shows Britain’s prime minster David Cameron.
A terrorism analyst says that this suggests the United Kingdom could be the next target.
