If you are looking to really burn, you might want to give high intensity interval training a shot.
You can do it at home, and according to Kurt Gorrell, Certified Exercise Physiologist, it only takes six to eight minutes to get your metabolism sparked for 48 hours.
Gorrell recommends starting with squats. He says to make it more intense, do them quickly. Just be sure to keep good form. Follow with as many push ups as you can do for 30 seconds, then jumping jacks.
