ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police in the city are currently investigating an assault that occurred on Henry Johnson Boulevard early Tuesday morning.
On December 1 at approximately 2:30 a.m., staff from Albany Med told police that a male patient had entered the emergency room with injuries he sustained after being shot with a BB gun.
When officers got there, the victim told them that while he was walking in the area of Henry Johnson Boulevard and First Street, an unknown suspect shot him once in the face and twice his back with a BB gun.
The victim, who is 56-years-old, was treated at the emergency room and released.
