PITTSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — State Police say they arrested a man Saturday night after he was caught hunting under the influence of alcohol without a license.
Milo Tudor of Sandgate, Vt. was found with two deer carcasses and the head of a third nearby after he had gotten his truck stuck in a field.
According to authorities, Tudor failed subsequent sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Police charged the Vermont man with hunting while intoxicated, hunting without a license, participating in illegal hunting and taking game.
He was also issued state Environmental Conservation tickets and charged with hunting while intoxicated.
Police found that Tudor had a BAC of .10 percent when they processed him at the Brunswick barracks.
Tudor is scheduled to appear in Pittstown Court at a later date.
