Former Saratoga School Board president to appear in court

WILTON, NY (NEWS 10) – The former Saratoga Board of Education president accused of stealing from an elementary school is scheduled to appear in Wilton Town Court Tuesday.

42-year-old Chip Locke is charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records.

He was arrested back in September after authorities say he stole nearly $10,000 from the Greenfield Elementary Home School Association, while he was treasurer last year.
