Two aircraft passengers injured after nose gear collapses

ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Two passengers of a Beechcraft airplane were taken to St Peter’s hospital after the plane’s nose gear collapsed after it landed on Sunday.

The plane was landing at Albany International after flying in from Islip Long Island.

The couple injured on the plane is from Long Island and they were the only two on the plane.

Authorities have not released their identities or the extent of their injuries.

Authorities said the plane was badly damaged and there was also some minor damage to the pavement of the airport.
