AUSTIN, TX (NEWS10) — Southeast Texas has seen more than 20 inches of rainfall, causing flash flood warnings for the past two days.

Patricia is expected to push through to the gulf and could cause heavy rain and possible thunderstorms in parts Louisiana, southern Arkansas and Mississippi.
