TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Kokopelli’s bar owner Joesph Glick has been arrested for the January shooting at his bar.
Police say 37-year-old Glick pled not guilty. The arrest was made after a lengthy investigation by Troy Police detectives. The Troy Bar, Kokopelli’s closed at the end of 2014, but police said the owners hosted a private party there, that night.
A man in his mid-30’s was shot in the thigh just after 2 a.m. and according to police, the man has since recovered.
The State Liquor Board has now officially revoked the liquor license for Kokopellis bar in Troy.
The full board voted on the move last night. The owners now cannot apply for a new license for two years.
If you remember, Kokopellis has a pretty troubled history. Just last month, police responded to a shooting at the closed bar. Just last week, co-owner Joseph Glick turned himself into police for the crime.
He’s now facing a felony assault charge.
