- Going for a 40 minute walk three times a week will help to increase the size of the hippo-campus; the part of the brain responsible for your memories.
- Drink coffee. A study in Austria finds coffee can actually sharpen your focus and memory.
- Studies show that laughing for about 20 minutes will boost your short-term memory.
- Listen to music. Specifically Mozart. Researchers in Rome found the classical composer’s music increased brain wave activity linked to memory.
