TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The man who was shot on Sunday night on Congress Street is expected to survive.
The victim, who troy police now tell us is a 40-year-old man had approached a black male and female who allegedly began to argue with the victim.
There’s no word yet on what the argument was about, but Troy Police say it led to the male suspect pulling out a gun and firing.
Officers say the victim was shot multiple times and no arrests have yet been announced.
The investigation is ongoing.
