GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (AP) – It’s been almost a year since four people of Chinese descent were found dead in their suburban Albany home, and the case remains open.
Officials are still seeking help from anyone who may have seen anything or has information about the case. The one-year anniversary is Thursday.
Police said 39-year-old Jin Feng Chen and his 38-year-old wife were found dead last October in their Guilderland home. Their sons, ages 7 and 10, also were killed.
Last year, state police circulated flyers with text in English and Chinese seeking information about the killings. The posters included photos of the slain family and were distributed in the New York City area and in areas around Albany with a Chinese population or influence.
