Former Saratoga Board president in court

WILTON, NY (NEWS 10) – The former Saratoga Board of Education president, accused of stealing nearly $10,000 from an elementary school is expected in court on Tuesday.

Police arrested 42-year-old Chip Locke, late last month on charges of grand larceny and falsifying business records.

Investigators say he stole the money from the Greenfield Elementary Home School Association while he was treasurer last year.
