TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A steampunk street festival for the whole family will enchant the streets of downtown Troy Saturday.
The free festival will take place on October 3 in the blocks surrounding the Rice Building, just off Monument Square, and offers a family-friendly day of music, games, performances and food.
Special events include historic tours, street performers and peddlers, storytelling, dancing, puppet shows, magic acts and more.
Adults and children are encouraged to come dressed in steampunk-themed costumes or as fairies.
