SPRINGFIELD, MA (NEWS 10) – A status conference is scheduled for Tuesday in the case against Alexander Ciccolo, the Western Massachusetts man accused of plotting an ISIS inspired attack.
Ciccolo has pleaded not guilty to weapons and assault charges, he is not facing any terror related charges.
Authorities say he planned to detonate pressure-cooker bombs at an unidentified university and broadcast the killings online.
He was arrested on July 4 after receiving four guns from a government witness.
Lawyers are scheduled to meet to update the judge on the case.
