ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police are searching for the driver of an ATV that crashed at the corner of Livingston Avenue and Henry Johnson Boulevard Monday afternoon.
According to police, they responded to a report of an ATV driving recklessly on Lark Street and Sheridan Avenue.
The officer spotted the vehicle and called additional officers with the position of the ATV.
When the ATV turned the corner and spotted the officer, he crashed into a telephone pole ejecting a passenger into traffic.
The ATV then spun around and came to rest on a parked van in the Subway parking lot at Livingston Avenue.
The passenger has non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the ATV is still being sought.
