SCHENECTADY, NY (NEWS 10) – A 19-year-old Albany man pleaded guilty Monday to charges that he sexually assaulted a teenage male at knife point in October of last year.
According to the Schenectady County District Attorney, I. Divine Davis pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual act and one count of assault.
Davis is expected to be sentenced in November to 13 years in prison with a term of 5-20 years of post release supervision.
On October 24, 2014 Davis approached a car with two men on Brandywine Avenue. Davis then caused injury to one of the men with the knife.
Later that evening, Davis then forced a teenage male to have sex with him at knife point before he stole the teens Nike shoes.
Davis will have to register as a sex-offender when he is released from prison.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 30.
