NEW YORK, N.Y. (NEWS10) – One of the most anticipated rulings in NFL history could come on Tuesday.
The judge that’s overseeing the appeal of Tom Brady’s suspension says he expects to make his ruling as early as Tuesday. Judge Richard Berman says both sides tried hard to reach a deal during meeting Monday, but failed.
Now Berman will have to decide the outcome, he says his ruling could come today or in the next few days, but definitely before Friday.
Brady has been suspended by the NFL for the first four games of the season for his alleged role in using underinflated footballs during the playoffs last season.
