ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Officials say Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple’s son just got a DWI over the weekend and is facing other charges as well.
Officials say it happened at the corner of Central Ave and Colvin Ave at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

A disappointed Sheriff Apple tells NEWS10ABC his 21-year-old son Kyle showed poor judgement and he will have to “pay for that.”
Police say he’s being charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Unlawful possession of marijuana, and drinking alcohol on the highway.
