GUILDERLAND, N.Y. – Police say a Schenectady woman was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated with her kids in the car.
State Police say they stopped a vehicle on I-90 at Exit 25 on June 20 just after 10 p.m. for a traffic violation.
They say the driver, 30-year-old Iesha Mullins was found to be intoxicated while traveling with two 5-year-old twin boys. The car and the children were turned over to the sober passenger.
Police say Mullins was transported and processed at the Albany Police station where her B.A.C. was determined to be .14%. Police say Mullins was charged with DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Mullins was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Gulderland Court on a later date.
