Vermont governor signs final bills of session

MONTPELIER, Vt. (NEWS10) – Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin said he has capped off Vermont’s legislative session by signing the last 76 bills passed this year.

It’s been a pretty successful session in the Green Mountain State.

Education reform, an economic development measure, an energy bill and a voter registration measure are just some of the pieces of legislation that received Shumlin’s approval.
