TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – There is a traffic alert in the city this morning.
A paving project is expected to delay traffic on Sixth Avenue. The work began at 7 a.m. between Jay Street and Hoosick Street. City officials say the paving will cause delays, and drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes Thursday.
This will affect both the morning and evening commutes, as the work is expected to be completed by 7 p.m. Thursday night.
