Matthew Nolan of White Creek told officers that Woods’s truck began tailgating him. He says he stopped on the shoulder and started to leave the car.

That’s when he says Woods ran into the rear of his car hard enough to leave a mirror image of his license plate indented in his bumper cover.

Police say Woods then left the truck and shoved Nolan. The two men knew each other from previous disagreements.

Woods is now facing several charges.
