Attorney General talks about heroin crisis in Berkshire Co.

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) – Massachusetts attorney general Maura Healey will be making two stops in Berkshire County Friday.

First, she will be the keynote speaker at the Wahconah High Regional High School senior class assembly in Dalton. Then she will hold a press conference outside of the Bishop Clapp House in Pittsfield to talk about the heroin and opioid crisis in Berkshire County.

She’ll be joined by state lawmakers to hear more about the issue from the perspective of healthcare professionals at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.
