BRUNSWICK, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Brunswick Troopers say they arrested three Troy men after they committed a daytime Burglary in the Town of Brunswick.
Troopers say they received a 911 call from a neighbor who saw two men enter a home through a window as the third suspect waited in a car outside. The alert neighbor was able to provide a description of the vehicle and suspects, who left the area prior to Troopers arriving at the residence.
The vehicle and suspects were then located a short time later by a Trooper in the City of Troy. The three men, 20-year-old Mack Murray III, 16-year-old Joshua Whitehead and 18-year-old Michael Gaunay all of Troy, were interviewed and subsequently taken into custody. All three suspects admitted to being involved in the Burglary, and missing items were located in the vehicle.
The three Troy men were arrested and charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Felony.
Additionally, Murray was charged with a second count of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, related to a February 2015 break-in on North Lake Avenue in the Town of Brunswick, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
