TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The owner of the troubled Troy bar, Kokopellis appeared in court today.
Joseph Glick was arraigned on assault in the first and second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with a shooting that happened during a private party at the night club in January. Officials say Glick was released on bail.
No further court dates have been set, and police say Glick allegedly shot a man in the leg intentionally at the gathering.
Glick’s attorney says he did shoot the man with his own handgun but it wasn’t on purpose.
