SARATOGA, N.Y. (NEWS10)– Police made two arrests on Saturday after an undercover sting operation into the sale of alcohol to minors.
State Police in Wilton say they conducted an underage drinking initiative on Saturday targeting the illegal sale of alcohol to minors.
Police say underage, undercover operatives were used to attempt to purchase alcohol at 27 establishments in Northern Saratoga County. Businesses included convenience stores, grocery stores and liquor stores.
Both of the arrests were made in South Glens Falls, one at a Sunoco Mini Mart and the other at Anchor Beverage Center.
The subjects were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree and are scheduled a court appearances at a later date.
