GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – An Albany man accused of trying to forcibly touch an 11-year-old boy at a restaurant in Crossgates Mall faced a judge on Thursday.
Police said 38-year-old Nathan Harrington accosted a boy inside the bathroom at the Dave and Buster’s restaurant on March 20. Officers said the child started kicking and screaming and ran out.
On Thursday, Harrington pleaded not guilty to the charges. The judge also issued an order of protection for the victim and ordered Harrington stay away from Dave and Buster’s.
