Education advocates in Guilderland to discuss standardized testing with parents

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Standardized testing is changing to help parents understand its impact on local schools.

A public forum is being held in Guilderland Thursday night. There, teachers and education advocates will host the forum that’s open to parents and students. They’ll provide insight on the upcoming state tests and what the results mean for districts.

The forum is happening at the Westmere Fire House on Western Avenue at 6:30 p.m.
