CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say two people were arrested after they stole cash from a store and threatened the cashier with a loaded shotgun.
Police say 26-year-old Zachary Fairbanks and 20-year-old Damien Sierra-Rodriquez, both of Albany, entered the GNC store at the Clifton County Mall in the town of Clifton Park and forcibly stole cash. Officials say during the course of the crime, Fairbanks displayed a loaded shot gun.
Both subjects were taken into custody and processed at the Milton station. They were arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail without bail.
