Court appearance adjourned for Dillin Nelson

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A teen accused of shaking his infant son, sending him to the hospital, was expected to be in Queensbury town court on Monday, but his appearance was adjourned until March 30.

Dillin Nelson Sr., 19 is facing felony assault charges in connection with the case. Police say he shook his son out of frustration. The infant was taken to Albany Med. for his injuries.

The baby’s mother, 17-year-old Courtney Miller is charged with endangering the welfare of a child in connection to the case after she admitted seeing her son suffer multiple seizures, but failed to get medical help right away.
