SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say they have made two arrests after a drug raid in the city.
The Schenectady Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit, along with its Special Operations Unit, conducted a drug raid at 798 Grant Ave. just before 7 p.m. on March 4. Officials say during the raid they were able to recover 50 bundles of heroin, two ounces of crack cocaine, and a small amount of money.
Detectives say 35-year-old David Morris who lives at the above address is being charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of tampering with physical evidence, and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Detectives say they also arrested 42-year-old Rebecca Rivers of Schenectady with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of loitering.
