New York mayors discuss funding for state budget in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Mayors from the state’s biggest cities across New York State will be in Albany on Wednesday making their cases for funding in the state budget.

Albany Mayor, Kathy Sheehan and New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio will testify at the joint legislative budget hearing focusing on local government.

The mayors of Buffalo, Syracuse, and Rochester will also testify.

The hearing starts at 9:30a.m. on Wednesday.
