SARATOGA, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A Moreau man is being charged as a fugitive from justice.
Deputies say 36-year-old Brandon LeBarron fled to Saratoga County to avoid facing a slew of charges in Vermont on Friday, February 13. Police say there are two active warrants out on 36-year-old Brandon LeBarron.
The first, issued in July of 2011 has him charged with Forgery, Grand Larceny, and Obstructing Justice.
The second, issued in October of 2014 has him charged with Identity Theft and False Advertising.
LeBarron is currently being held in Saratoga County Correctional Facility pending extradition back to Vermont.
