Woman in school bus road rage incident in court

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The woman charged in a road rage incident involving a Mohonosan School bus pleaded not guilty Thursday night.

Beth Aviza was arrested in January in Guilderland.

Police said she used her Lexus to cut off a bus that was transporting elementary age students to school. After the bus pulled over, police said Aviza tried to pry the door open and climb on board.

Aviza is facing a number of misdemeanor charges, including endangerment and criminal mischief.
