NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. – Police have arrested a man for alleged sexual abuse against a mentally disabled victim.
North Greenbush Police say that Stephen Pantick, 50, was arrested after a month long investigation. They say Pantick engaged in sexual acts with a mentally disabled victim over the course of several days in December.
Police say the incidents took place at Pantick’s home.
Pantick is charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual act in the second degree, two counts of misdemeanor sexual abuse in the second degree, and two counts of misdemeanor sexual misconduct. He was arraigned in town court and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail without bail.
