ALBANY, N.Y. – The State Gaming Facility Location Board is considering awarding a fourth casino license in Upstate New York.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Governor Cuomo has requested the board reopen the bidding process for a license in the southern tier.
Last month, the board approved three casinos. One in the Catskills, the Finger Lakes and in Schenectady, but they witheld the fourth license.
