LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – Siena College is not giving up despite a current 3-3 record.
Siena lost to Fairfield on Sunday, and head coach Jimmy Patsos said his team is what their record says they are. The Saints are 3-3 in MAAC play which means they are in the middle.
Being in the middle is not great but not bad. But the Saints were predicted to finish the year near the top of the conference. So far, however, injuries have derailed those plans.
But the team is not giving up.
“There’s no quit in there,” Patsos said. “We are trying. We just need every cylinder going. Without Brett and Imoh, we need every cylinder going, and I just think we are a little ticked off, but when we are a little ticked off, we need to listen to coaching and do all the little things right.”
Siena will travel to Canisius College on Friday.
