GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. – The man who authorities said caused Gloversville City hall to be shut down on Friday appeared in court for a bail hearing.
Jordan Polk is being held on $50,000 cash bail and was remanded back to the Fulton County Jail. He will return to court on Wednesday.
Police said Polk went to the Gloversville police on Friday and turned over crack cocaine and heroin before letting police search his car. Police said he expressed being dissatisfied with the government.
Nothing was found in the car, but the 29 year old is facing two felony drug charges.
