TROY, N.Y. – Some families in Troy are already celebrating the New Year.
“Noon Year’s Eve” is a family friendly celebration held at the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology.
On Wednesday it featured events for children and their parents, including the Noon Year’s Eve animal snow and some more traditional New Year’s events.
“We will kick off the new year with a parade and bubble blowing, to welcome 2015 in a child friendly time,” said Catherine Gilbert, President of CMOST.
This is the tenth year that the College of Nanoscience and Engineering has hosted the event. They expected up to 400 children and their families.
