ALBANY, N.Y. — Santa made an extra special stop Christmas Day – delivering babies in the Capital Region.
Santa presented newborns from their nursery bassinets at St. Peters Hospital to their mothers Thursday.
The infants were dressed in special holiday attire that was purchased and donated by staff of St. Peter’s Women’s and Children’s Services.
Santa also made sure to get his flu vaccination before leaving the North Pole to make his rounds, which provided extra protection to the newborns and their mothers
It also happens to comply with state regulations requiring vaccination of health care personnel.
