Quiet For Monday, Lots of Rain & Wind on The Way For Midweek….
FYI: A few more changes will be forthcoming….
1) there are still some things on our new website design that we’re looking to correct or add to;
2) our News APP and Weather APP will be changing sometime on or after Monday, 12/22; and,
3) the method by which we send our daily e-mail weather blasts will be changing . . . we will try to let you know right before this happens so you’ll be looking in your SPAM folder / need to change SPAM settings.
Also, we left a poll on the bottom of this page regarding our Storm Tracker Channel – 10-2/TW Ch. 1240. We’re looking for feedback regarding whether to increase the size of the window that our forecast updates/graphics are displayed in . . . whether the 7-day should stay/ go/or be smaller, and if you like seeing the radar that appears from time to time on the left-hand size of the screen.
You can also contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org as we continue to refine and attempt to strengthen our on-air/on-line products at
Thank you in advance . . .
High pressure will keep us quiet the next two days. We’ll see mostly cloudy skies Monday as temperatures will be a tad milder. Moisture will get in here later Monday evening. With temperatures around the freezing mark Tuesday morning, we’ll see the chance for some mixed precipitation including freezing rain, sleet, and snow. By Tuesday, temperatures will increase into the lower 40’s with rain showers.
Christmas Eve on Wednesday will be very wet. We may see upwards of 1-2 inches of rain. The winds are really going kick up too. By Christmas Day, we have a good chance at seeing some rain showers in the morning. A rain or snow shower will be possible during the day on Christmas.
