ALBANY, N.Y. – An Albany murder trial is expected to start next week.
The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said jury selection is beginning this week for the accused killers of 26-year-old Edward Maxim. Maxim was gunned down in Albany in October 2013.
Jahmeek Croley, 26, and Jovell White-Span, 22, are both facing murder and conspiracy charges in the case.
Maxim’s murder went months without an arrest until Croley and White-Span were charged in April.
