CORINTH, N.Y. – A Corinth man sustained serious injuries Thursday after an early morning motorcycle crash.
The accident occurred on Spier Falls Road at 9:04 a.m. when John M. Lewis, 68, lost control of his motorcycle while approaching a construction zone. He was ejected from the motorcycle.
Lewis was flown to Albany Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries.
The cause of the collision was determined to be due to unreasonable speed. Vehicle and traffic law charges are pending.
