A search of the residence revealed marijuana, diverted pharmaceuticals, electronic scales and drug packaging material.

Richardson was charged with four counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

Bail was recommended at $100,000 cash and $100,000 property bond by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office. Richardson was arraigned in the Town of Woodstock Justice Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash and $100,000 property bond.
