ALBANY, N.Y. — Roadwork will once again shut down lanes and ramps on the Patroon Island Bridge for the weekend.
The closures go into effect at 8 p.m. Friday. The ramps for I-787 north and southbound to I-90 eastbound will be closed, and traffic will be detoured.
The I-90 eastbound exit 7 off-ramp will also be closed.
And on the bridge, the eastbound lanes will be closed. All traffic will use the westbound lanes, with one lane open to eastbound traffic, and two lanes heading west.
These closures could cause some big delays, especially during a summer weekend, so plan your trip accordingly.
The closures will be in effect until 5:30 a.m. on Monday.
